Private Commission

Within the South Downs National Park, planning permissions were acquired for the reworking of a private house and the conversion of a subterranean water tank in the garden into a small dwelling. 
Within the 5metre cube volume a mezzanine level was created with access from the garden at this level. One elevation was excavated to create a full height window to the remaining double height space. The dwelling is currently being let as luxury holiday accommodation.
