Originally constructed in the 1960s, Spinners Ash is a family house set in the outskirts of Petersfield.
The project involved insulating the entire envelop of the building and the re-cladding in timber and render, along with new windows through-out. The entrance elevation was re-worked with the addition of a single storey extension culminating in a roof canopy over the entranceway.
The works also included extensive interior alterations including the conversion of the garage into guest accommodation.
