Private commission for the conversion of a room in a first floor period property.
The commission entailed the detail design, and full project management role to completion.
The project included the stripping out of false ceilings to reveal historical mouldings and a spectacular ceiling rose, to take advantage of nearly a 4 metre ceiling height.
A new sleeping platform was installed over an existing bathroom and valuable storage utilised above the entrance corridor to provide an extra 10 square metres of usable floor area.
Every aspect of the project was bespoke designed by the architect and fitted out to a high level of craftsmanship.
