Having moved in to the iconic, modern movement, residential block in 2007, Andrew Birds executed many projects ranging from conversion of individual apartments to works to the communal realm.
The building, containing 72 apartments, is Grade 2 star listed and designed by the celebrated architect Wells Coates.
