Chichester Terrace is a Grade 1 Listed maisonette extending over the first and second floors.
The staircase between the two levels was modified to unlock the entrance level layout and to accommodate a more generous kitchen. This meant the existing kitchen could then serve as a self-contained utility room.
The project involved full detail design responsibilities including specification of all bathroom furniture, handmade ceremonial doorways and the kitchen design.
