3 Tenby Court is a first floor apartment, formerly the grandest floor of the house with a suited reception and drawing room with a spectacular 4.5m ceiling height.
Having been divided into two rooms, the drawing room was returned to a single space with three huge windows overlooking the park in Adelaide Crescent.
Taking advantage of the ceiling height a mezzanine was created accessed by a curved feature staircase from the living area. This provided a study bedroom/home office with a bespoke designed and built kitchen area below.
The property had suffered neglect and lost many outstanding features over time, so the project included of full restoration of original woodwork, cornices and plasterwork, along with the installation of a new wide board, character solid oak floor throughout.
