Private commission for a self-contained retirement home as part of a collection of Grade II star listed buildings including a Grade 1 listed 15thcentury hall.
The commission entailed the design, obtaining of Listed Buildings consent, and a full project management role to completion.
The project included the remodelling and modernisation of the 19thcentury annexe, a new oak framed sun room extension, amendments to the adjacent gardens, summer house, access road and entrance gates.
